Self-booking is available for ad hoc room bookings, hot-desk bookings and photography studio hire.

Bookings are made online via our booking system.
What happens after I book?
You’ll be asked to complete a short form with details of your booking, and we’ll confirm everything with you.
Is my booking confirmed immediately?
Bookings are only confirmed once we’ve reviewed your details and approved the booking, usually within 48 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and reasonable.
More than 14 days’ notice: You may reschedule your booking (subject to availability)
7–14 days’ notice: 50% of the booking fee is payable, we will do our best to reschedule if possible
Less than 7 days’ notice: Full booking fee is payable
No-shows: Full booking fee is payable
Can I reschedule my booking?
Rescheduling is offered at our discretion and subject to availability.
Can I book the space for multiple dates?
Yes, regular and repeat bookings are available.
Can I speak to someone before booking?
Yes, you can book a call to chat through your requirements.
