Hotdesking

Focused work time

Quiet, focused work – on your terms

Hotdesking at The Light Room is simple: a calm, comfortable space to come and get things done.

You’ll book as and when you need it, and share the space with a small number of others (maximum 10), all working quietly and respectfully. It’s not a place for calls or constant chatter – more a shared understanding that everyone’s here to focus.

Settle in with your laptop, pop your headphones on, and get stuck into whatever’s on your list.

When you need a break, step out onto the wooden deck or into the garden, make a coffee, and reset before diving back in.

Available whenever there isn’t an event booked.

Bookable: Half day or full day

Coworking

A more connected, supported way to work

Our monthly coworking days are designed for those times when you want a bit more structure, accountability, and connection.

These are small, thoughtfully run days for business owners and creatives who want to spend time working with others – not just alongside them.

We begin with a gentle check-in, where you can share what you’re working on (if you’d like), set intentions for the day, and connect with others in the room.

From there, the day flows naturally:
I’ll be there to host and hold the space, making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone feels comfortable.

It’s productive, supportive, and often just the right balance of getting things done and feeling connected.

Bookable: Full day
Capacity: Up to 10 people

Space for conversation and idea-sharing
Or simply quiet work with others around you
Gentle accountability and encouragement
