Access to the outdoor deck & garden (until 10pm)

We offer clear, transparent pricing based on the type and length of your event. Reduced rates are available for regular hires and for charities.
Workshops, meetings & events:
Per hour: £22
Half day: £75
Full day: £140
Catered children’s parties:
From £18 per head (minimum of 10 attendees)
Relaxed, calm, fun children's parties
Children’s parties at The Light Room are a little different
They’re gentle, thoughtful, and designed to feel calm and enjoyable for everyone involved. Perfect for ages 3 and up, the space lends itself beautifully to creative celebrations like crafting, dancing, or relaxed tea parties, with room for up to 20 children to enjoy themselves without it ever feeling overwhelming.
We take care of the setup, working with you to create something that feels just right for your child. We can provide catering, crockery and cutlery, and our experienced party hosts are on hand to lead games and activities, keeping things flowing so you don’t have to. At least two parents stay on site, but you’re free to step back, have a coffee, and actually enjoy the party too.

How many people can the space accommodate?
The Light Room can accommodate up to 50 people depending on layout.
What is included when I hire the space?
Tables, chairs, screen, sound system, kitchen facilities, tea and coffee, and use of the outdoor space are included.
Can I bring my own catering?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own catering, or we can recommend local suppliers.
Is the space suitable for children’s parties?
Yes, we offer gentle, creative children’s parties with optional hosting and catering support.
What are your opening hours for events?
The space is available from 9 am to midnight, subject to agreement.
Is there support available on the day of my event?
Yes, we are available for setup and on-call support during your event.
